We are a multigenerational collaborative group composed of Randy Solakian, his daughter-protégé Deanna Solakian Williams and Jessica McLernon. Our group is helmed by Randy, who has spent the last 40 years as one of Montecito’s premier real estate professionals, with a history of selling many of its legendary estates and architecturally significant properties. Together, we offer clients a combined 60+ years of experience and a track record of proven success. We have elevated the selling experience to an art form. Every element – from staging to advertising – is tailored to the individual client.
